We are looking for the next person to join the SHOUT Festival Team as Festival Development Manager and help us to support and develop queer arts in the Midlands.
This role will be responsible for the strategic management and development of SHOUT, Birmingham’s festival of queer art and culture, as it develops as part of Arts Council England’s National Portfolio.
We’re looking for someone who is dedicated, self-starting, experienced with fundraising and strategic development, and ready to help take SHOUT to the next level. This post will be responsible for the sustainability of our exciting festival, and will work with key stakeholders and partners to find new opportunities to develop our offer, expand our work, and ensure the future of the festival.
The successful applicant will join a motivated and enthusiastic team based at the Birmingham LGBT Centre in Central Birmingham.

NJC scale based on NJC SCP 30 £27,905 pro rata 18.5 hours, plus up to 5% matched pension contributions. Permanent contract. Flexible 18.5 hours per week, with regular evening and weekend work; 25 days (pro rata) annual leave entitlement.
