Could you be the new SHOUT Festival Manager? Or one of our freelance Creative Producers?

We’re looking to recruit a dynamic new team to oversee the artistic programme, development, and strategic direction for SHOUT Festival.

Festival Manager (4 days/week)

A skilled communicator and team coordinator, the Festival Manager will lead on relationship management with funders, key stakeholders, and partners, to develop the annual SHOUT festival and a year-round programme of LGBT cultural activity in Birmingham. They will coordinate the planning and delivery of our programmes and the management of SHOUT; and act as creative producer of parts of the programme.

The post holder will be an experienced arts project manager with a passion for queer arts and culture.

Salary: £28,672 per annum pro rata plus 5% matched pension contribution (£23,248 for 4 days/week).

Creative Producers x 2 (20 days initial freelance contract)

The Creative Producers will work alongside the Festival Manager to develop creative partnerships and projects for SHOUT, including the annual festival.

Terms: Freelance contract based on £150 per day. Each contract will be initially offered for 20 days, spread over June – November 2021. We hope to be able to extend this, subject to funding.
