We are looking for an experienced Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant with a proven track record in auditing existing projects to undertake a full review of SHOUT’s existing practices, plans and policies to ensure intersectionality and inclusion is embedded.
The LGBTQ+ communities are diverse and intersectional, and we want to ensure that SHOUT’s staffing structure, artists and audiences are representative and inclusive of all sections of our diverse communities.
Deliverables
- Working with the existing team, undertake a full audit of SHOUT’s existing structure, values, business and audience plans to ensure intersectionality and inclusion is embedded.
- Complete a gap analysis for the existing SHOUT structure.
- Draft a roadmap, including specific actions and recommendations for moving forward.
Contract value
Total amount available is £1350 based on £450 a day for 3 days, inclusive of VAT.
