For almost 15 years, Shout has been platforming queer and LGBTQIA+ culture in Birmingham and the West Midlands- carving out space for vibrant, fun, and sometimes challenging art and culture. As we look to the future, we have shifted to a year-round-programme of activity to better meet our communities and provide a consistent place for people to find relevance and space!

Emerging Producer update by Eric Scaturo

Hi! My name is Eric Scutaro. I’m a Queer activist, dancer, and choreographer from Venezuela, currently living in the UK as a refugee. I’ve been a trailblazer in Waacking and Voguing in Venezuela for over 15 years.

Talk of the Town Sharers Call Out

Talk of the Town is a queer open night where the personal, political and petty all collide — a space to share the too real, the too funny, the too tender, the too much. It’s less tumbleweed open mic night vibe— it’s giving more gossip with your babs at the smoking area, plus a mic & a cute audience.
