Featuring films both past and present this shorts programme will shine a light on intersectionality within the community and how we all work together to fight oppression and erasure. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with: Matt Mahmood-Ogston Filmmaker and Trustee of Naz and Matt Foundation, Saima Razzaq, Chair of SEEDS (Supporting the Education of Equality in Schools), Kuljit Bhogal, lead of Open Minds a support group for the LGBTQI+ Punjabi Sikh community and Daljinder Johal who is a freelancer across journalism, marketing and production, primarily in the Midlands as well as writing her own fiction and poetry.

This screening is in partnership with SEEDS – SEEDS is a group dedicated to promoting the education of equality and diversity in schools, including LGBT+ inclusive education throughout primary and secondary school. They support “No Outsiders” as one example of an effective programme of equalities education.
