Queer Writing for a Brave New World

Join Out On The Page for the online launch of their first-ever print publication: Queer Writing for a Brave New World, in which twenty LGBTQ+ writers and artists explore the spirit of Modernism through a multiplicity of queer lenses.

Out on the Page has been supporting LGBTQ+ writers since 2018. This chapbook, Out on the Page’s first print publication, brings new queer writing, visual poetry and photography to a wider audience.

Join SHOUT, Out on the Page and The Modernist Society for a evening of celebration and readings by authors from the chapbook. Hear the story of how the anthology came together, see examples of some of the great visual poetry and photography featured in the chapbook, as queer writers and artists capture the modernist spirit of optimism, the sense of emerging from adversity towards a better future.
